Wireless power relay to control 110/230 V~ power supply remotely
WallSwitch Jeweller switches a compatible mains electrical load through the Ajax system. It lets a professional bring suitable equipment into remote control and configured automation scenarios. The circuit, load and installation enclosure are selected within the device’s specified electrical limits.

WallSwitch connects to 110–230 V AC and switches the phase feeding the connected load. Its output carries the same supply received at its input; the neutral remains connected.
WallSwitch is a mains switching device, not a dry-contact relay. The installer checks the actual load and its starting current.
Bistable mode keeps the selected contact state until the next command. Pulse mode changes it for the configured time, then returns. Choose normally open or normally closed behaviour in the app.
Pulse duration is 1–255 seconds. Pulse mode and configurable contact state require firmware 5.54.1.0 or later; the specifications identify devices manufactured after 5 March 2020.
Maximum continuous load is 13 A: up to 3.0 kW of resistive load at 230 V AC or 1.5 kW at 110 V AC. Motors, transformers and other loads need an inrush and load-type check.
Use a professional electrician and the exact device instructions. Its switching rating does not replace the circuit’s required protection.
Ajax apps show the switched circuit’s current, voltage, power and accumulated electrical energy. This helps you understand the connected appliance as well as control it.
Values update with device polling. The manual states that the energy counter resets when WallSwitch loses power.
A configured leak alarm can switch a compatible electrically operated valve.
The valve and leak detector are separate equipment; verify the required voltage, normal state and complete response.
Choose the trigger, contact state and operating mode around the connected equipment. Test each scenario on the installed system, including what happens if power or the hub connection is lost.
A device that is offline misses its scenario trigger. A missed scheduled action does not automatically run when power returns. Humidity and CO₂ scenarios require LifeQuality; other triggers need their corresponding system devices.
Jeweller carries device events, alarms and commands using encryption, device authentication, frequency hopping and automatic power adjustment.
Use a compatible hub and the matching regional radio version. Walls, metal and the final installation position affect reception; test the link on site. Alarm delivery and connection-loss reporting are different timings.
WallSwitch supervises current, supply voltage and temperature. It can open its contacts when protection is triggered and reports its state through the Ajax system.
Check the exact firmware and protection settings. Published current-trip thresholds differ between the overview specifications and manual; they do not increase the 13 A continuous-load rating.
Regular polling checks the connection to a compatible hub or range extender. The system can report a missing device and identify its assigned room.
Up to 1,000 m in open space. Connection-loss reporting depends on polling settings; the 36-second example is not a fixed alarm-delivery time. PRO Desktop receives device events; conventional CMS forwarding is limited as described in the manual.
The 39 × 33 × 18 mm module fits a suitable junction box or equipment enclosure. Scan its QR code to add it to the compatible hub, assign its name and room, then test reception and the intended load response.
For indoor use at 0–64 °C, up to 75% humidity without condensation. Keep the antenna outside metal shielding and verify reception after closing the enclosure.
The matching holder fixes Relay or WallSwitch to a standard 35 mm DIN rail. Its front button operates the relay’s function button, while the included labels identify the controlled circuit.
The holder adds a mounting method, not new electrical ratings. Allow access, ventilation and suitable clearances.
