Customer information
Delivery & payment
Free equipment delivery within the EU. Timing confirmed for your order.
Where we deliver
Free equipment delivery within the EU. Delivery timing is confirmed for your order; installation is scheduled separately.
Before a binding order, we confirm that the exact destination can be served, its tax treatment and the delivery commitment. Destinations outside the EU or outside the agreed service area require a separate proposal. We do not add an undisclosed surcharge to delivery agreed as free.
Dispatch and delivery dates
Stock and dispatch readiness are checked for each exact model and colour. When a three-business-day delivery service is confirmed, that period runs from dispatch, not from saving a basket or sending an enquiry.
Products from different stock locations may arrive separately. Your confirmation identifies any split delivery and the expected dates. Made-to-order goods and unavailable stock require an agreed delivery schedule.
If a delivery commitment cannot be met, we contact you about the revised date and your available remedies. A proposed date does not remove your statutory cancellation rights for non-delivery.
Receiving your equipment
Check the parcel and supplied items when reasonably possible. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, tell us promptly and keep relevant packaging and photos where available. Reporting within 24 hours or producing an unboxing video is not a condition of your statutory rights.
If you need to change an address, contact us before dispatch. Any genuine additional work or delivery cost must be explained and agreed where appropriate, rather than imposed as a hidden penalty.
Payment and order confirmation
A PDF proposal or request does not take payment. The payment method, total including taxes and charges, payment timing and contract acceptance point are shown before a binding order.
We do not ask for card details, banking passwords or one-time banking codes through support chat. Use only the payment instructions supplied through the agreed secure ordering process.
Delivery and installation are separate dates
Selecting installation tells us that you want the service. After an order with installation is received, SAFE365 contacts you, clarifies the site and equipment, agrees preparations and scope, then arranges suitable dates. Delivery alone does not book an installer.
We coordinate the visit with equipment availability and property readiness. On-site work starts only with the agreed scope and any required early-performance request.
