Customer information
Purchase terms
Clear choices, an agreed order and a record you can keep.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to consumer purchases of SAFE365 equipment. The seller is GOLDNBEE SIA, registration number 40103558050, operating as SAFE365. VAT number LV40103558050. The seller and return address are published on the Seller & contact page. Mandatory consumer protections in your country are not excluded. Business purchases require a separate written agreement.
A saved project, configuration, emailed PDF or enquiry is not an order, stock reservation or contract acceptance.
Your order and our acceptance
Before a binding purchase, you must be able to review and correct the exact equipment, variants, colours, component quantities, services, delivery details and final price. The seller, delivery commitment, applicable terms and payment obligation must be clear.
You submit an order with an explicit obligation to pay; an automated receipt acknowledges submission; the contract is accepted only through our separate written order acceptance. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to change an accepted price or cancel an accepted contract.
Your confirmation must include the agreed equipment, service scope, total, delivery terms, the applicable document version and withdrawal information in a format you can retain. New terms do not retrospectively replace those agreed for an existing order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR with the displayed country’s standard consumer VAT. Before accepting an order, we confirm the tax treatment, all charges and supported payment method for the actual delivery destination. A price-on-request item is not a zero-price item and cannot silently form part of a fully priced order.
The configurator prices complete assemblies where the parts are confirmed. The order records each included component and quantity. Installation, subscriptions, SIM/data, monitoring and other separately priced work must be expressly agreed.
Monthly payments and leasing require a separate agreement. No credit, finance agreement or subscription starts by selecting a preference.
Delivery and risk
Free equipment delivery within the EU. Delivery timing is confirmed for your order; installation is scheduled separately.
We confirm the stock, dispatch and delivery commitment before acceptance. If performance is delayed, we explain the available options and honour your statutory rights. For a carrier we arrange, transport risk normally remains with the seller until you or your nominated recipient take physical possession; a statutory exception may apply when you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
Equipment, compatibility and your property
Read the exact model’s compatibility, regional version, power, network and installation requirements. Plans depend on the information supplied about your property. Tell us about material changes so that compatibility and scope can be rechecked.
A configuration is an equipment proposal, not a certification of a building or a guarantee that every incident will be prevented. This does not exclude responsibility for incorrect product descriptions, defective goods or work for which the seller is legally responsible.
Changes to an accepted project, additional work or substitute equipment require agreement. We do not substitute a different model or charge extra without explaining the change and obtaining the necessary approval.
Returns, faults and legal remedies
Our 30-day return offer for unused physical goods supplements statutory withdrawal rights. The separate Returns & withdrawal page explains both routes and their different conditions.
A faulty or misdescribed item is handled under legal conformity rights, independently of our unused-goods offer and any Care plan. The seller remains your contact; a manufacturer’s warranty is additional.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Evidence of actual misuse or loss is assessed case by case, with an explanation and a route to challenge the decision.
Questions and disputes
Contact us with your order reference, what happened and the resolution you seek. We do not require a return authorisation before you can notify us of statutory withdrawal. Written complaints receive a reasoned response within the applicable legal time limits.
Latvian law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country. This does not force every consumer dispute into an exclusive Latvian court. Local courts and out-of-court remedies remain available as the law provides.
