SAFE365 arranges installation in EU countries. We confirm the specialist and availability for your address while preparing your project.

You know what is included, what needs preparation and what costs extra. Any additional work is priced and agreed with you before it begins.

Order with installation.
Select installation at checkout. Once we receive your order with installation selected, SAFE365 contacts you to discuss the project.

Prepare the details together.
We clarify your property, equipment, device positions and any existing connections. Together we agree the work, any preparation needed and any separately priced items.

Choose a convenient date.
Once the project details are agreed, we arrange installation dates that work for you and the installer. We coordinate the visit with equipment delivery and property readiness.

Install, test and hand over.
The installer fits and configures the agreed equipment, checks its operation and shows you the everyday controls. We complete the handover and explain how to get support afterwards.

We connect, program, label and test your devices. Install them at your own pace using your personalised instructions.
After purchase, a short questionnaire helps us agree device names, room groups and settings. We include instructions for mounting and getting started.
The preparation price is calculated automatically in your basket for the eligible equipment you select. From €3,000 of eligible equipment, including VAT after discounts, preparation is included in the equipment price. Select the service before payment.7
These prices and included services apply only to eligible Ajax wireless systems: marked battery-powered devices and a compatible hub included in the order. Preparation and installation of other equipment, including wired devices and cameras, are quoted separately on request.

What is quoted separately
G3 and Superior wireless S-line products do not count towards the €6,000 eligible equipment budget and are not covered by the included-installation offer. Their installation is quoted separately. Fibra and cabling are also quoted separately. Only eligible battery-powered wireless devices, ordinary hubs, ReX and wireless kits contribute. Devices requiring additional power or wired connections (including Relay, WallSwitch, LightSwitch, Socket, Outlet, FireProtect 2 AC and integration modules), WaterStop, Hub BP, video and EN54/Type4 equipment do not count. Accessories, delivery and Care fees do not count either. Hub and ReX connection to an existing socket is included; new power supplies, cabling, electrical and plumbing work are arranged separately.
PoE runs, electrical, plumbing and building work are quoted separately. Alarm monitoring contracts and fees are separate too.
Before the visit
We agree device positions, access to the property and any power, internet or other preparation needed. Photos or a floor plan can help; we will tell you what is useful for your project. The installation date is agreed after these details are settled.
Delivery and scheduling
Delivery times depend on stock and destination. Equipment from different stock locations may arrive in separate shipments; remote areas and made-to-order items may take longer. An equipment delivery date does not reserve an installation visit.
