Returns & withdrawal
30-day returns.
Extra time to decide. Return goods without signs of use, subject to the conditions below.
The extra return period
Tell us that you wish to return your goods no later than 30 calendar days after you receive them. Counting starts the following day. For one order delivered in separate parts, counting starts after the last item arrives. Then send the goods back within 14 calendar days of your notice.
For the voluntary extension beyond your legal withdrawal period, return the complete, unused goods, including their accessories, manuals, labels and original retail packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Careful opening to inspect the goods is allowed. Installation, continued operation or marks such as screw holes, adhesive residue, scratches, cut cables or other alterations do not meet this extra offer’s conditions.
This consumer offer covers all physical goods we sell, including standard components selected in the configurator. Choosing a colour, frame or combination of standard parts does not by itself make a product non-returnable. Services and business returns are covered by separate terms.
For returns using only this extra offer, we refund the amount actually paid for the accepted goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them. You pay the direct return shipping cost; the original delivery charge, if any, is not refunded under this extra offer. Delivery originally offered free is not retrospectively charged. There is no standard restocking fee.
If the extra offer’s conditions are not met, we explain the specific reason and provide the relevant inspection evidence. Missing parts can be discussed before a final decision. This never removes a remedy or longer withdrawal period required by law.
Your statutory withdrawal rights remain separate
Consumers buying goods at a distance normally have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify the seller of withdrawal without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Any longer statutory period and the mandatory protections of your country remain unaffected.
Opening the packaging or handling the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning does not automatically remove these rights. You may be responsible for a documented reduction in value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection, where the law allows it. The stricter unused-condition and packaging rules for our extra offer do not replace your legal rights.
For a statutory withdrawal from the whole goods order, we refund the payments due, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the goods refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You bear direct return shipping costs only where you were informed before purchase. Statutory exceptions, such as genuinely made-to-specification goods, must be explained before the relevant purchase. They do not automatically apply to standard configured assemblies and do not narrow our extra offer for unused physical goods.
How to return
- Notify us of your decision and identify the order and goods. A reason is optional. The withdrawal page provides a model form and a notice you can prepare. Seller & contact.
- Check the return address and packing instructions. A return reference helps us identify your parcel; our approval or a reference is not a condition for exercising statutory withdrawal rights.
- Include the supplied parts and protect the goods for transport. Keep proof of dispatch. Remove your personal data and unlink the device from your account where applicable, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Never send account passwords.
- We record the received serial numbers, contents and condition, and confirm the refund or explain any specific issue. We do not require an unboxing video or an unopened box to exercise statutory rights.
The return address is Jaunā Mežaparka iela 36-2, Rīga, LV-1014, Latvia. Include your order reference and the returned items; prior authorisation is not required to notify statutory withdrawal.
A fault, damage or the wrong item?
How to report a fault or complaint
These are handled under your legal rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract, separately from the unused-goods offer. The 30-day period is not the limit for reporting a defect, and you are not required to buy a Care plan to exercise your legal rights. Applicable remedies and necessary return costs are handled by the seller as required by law.
Installation and Care services
Returning goods does not automatically settle a separate service agreement. Before any early service begins, its scope, price, withdrawal arrangements and any required express request must be agreed. We will not retrospectively turn installation advertised as free into an undisclosed charge. A service must not start on the assumption that selecting installation alone waives withdrawal rights.
