The store uses browser storage to remember your project and cookies to support the services you request. Analytics and advertising measurement are enabled only with your consent.

Optional tracking requires your consent. Refusing or withdrawing optional consent does not prevent shopping, receiving a requested PDF or exercising legal rights.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and Google Ads to measure advertising results. Google Tag Manager manages these tags. They do not load before consent. You can choose each purpose separately; personalised advertising and automatic user-provided data collection are off.

Google receives information about visited pages, the device, browser, approximate location and successfully received sales enquiries. We do not include contact details, message content, files or room plans in these events. Google may process data outside the EEA under its data processing terms and applicable transfer mechanisms.

With analytics consent, a pseudonymous Google identifier can link a confirmed payment to your visit through our server. A staff-qualified sales enquiry is measured only with advertising consent as well. We retain this server link for up to 64 days. Local consent tokens allow withdrawal to stop pending sends; unsuccessful withdrawals are retried. Contact details and enquiry content are not sent to Google.

Essential local storage: remembers consent choices and their timestamp for up to 180 days.

Analytics cookies. Our configured lifetime is up to 180 days. Only with analytics consent.

Google Ads cookies and local storage for linking advertising clicks to results, generally up to 90 days. Only with advertising measurement consent.

Optional local storage: hashed request identifiers prevent duplicate measurement for up to 90 days. Not created without consent.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time. Refusing does not restrict shopping or support and does not delete an enquiry already submitted.

Browser storage for your project

Basket, project and saved selections

Local storage: m4s.prototype.v1, safe365.store-project.v1 and legacy m4s-store-concept-saved-v1. Keeps equipment, rooms and planning choices between visits. Contact details are remembered only when you choose to save them. These records have no automatic browser expiry; clear them when no longer needed.

Support drafts and request references

Local storage: safe365.support-drafts.v1, safe365.request-receipts.v1 and safe365.request-attempts.v1. Stores unfinished support details and received references or retry identifiers. No automatic browser expiry. Clearing the browser copy does not delete a request already sent.

Work during this visit

Session storage: safe365.solution-draft.v1.* and safe365-chat-draft. Keeps an unfinished configuration or chat message during the browser session. Session restoration by your browser may extend this; use the clear controls on a shared device.

Returning to your place

Session storage: tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3. The router remembers page scroll positions for this session.

These functions retain the choices or communications you request. Use the privacy controls to clear saved information, or remove site data through your browser settings.

Private service cookies

These first-party cookies support the corresponding service when you use it. They are not advertising identifiers.

Returns you to your support conversation. Set when a chat starts.

safe365_business · up to 14 days

Supports business-enquiry submission and duplicate prevention.

safe365_partner · up to 14 days

Supports partner application and email-confirmation requests.

safe365_partner_admin · up to 4 hours

Restricted partner administration session; not required for shopping.

The service cookies are inaccessible to page scripts. You can remove them through browser settings; doing so may end access to the corresponding session. Clearing saved equipment on the privacy page does not delete server conversations or these service cookies.

External services and updates

Hosting may process connection logs and technical errors. Support and email services process data only when the related function is used, as described in the privacy notice.
