Use a separate 12 V connection when the camera supports it. The supply powers the camera; the data connection remains Ethernet or the camera's own Wi-Fi.

- Check the camera's 12 V input, peak current, connector and polarity. This is not a PoE injector or an Ajax hub power module.
- At 40 °C the output limit is 1 A. The manufacturer recommends a 1 A load for longer service life.
- Requires a safely installed mains connection. Operating range is 0 to 40 °C; IP67 does not make it suitable for exposed winter use.
