Customer information
Installation terms
An agreed scope, a prepared property and a handover you understand.
From your order to installation
Select installation with your order or ask for a separate proposal. SAFE365 contacts you to confirm property details, exact equipment, positions, existing connections and required preparations. We agree the work and any additional costs before arranging convenient dates.
The written proposal identifies the installer, the party responsible for the contract, the site, equipment, tasks, exclusions and price. SAFE365’s coordination role must not obscure who is responsible for carrying out and remedying the work.
Included wireless installation
The offer covers agreed wireless installation, configuration, tests and training for qualifying Baseline and Residence wireless equipment from €6,000 including VAT. Eligibility is shown in the basket; you must actively select installation so that we know you want it. Eligibility alone does not reserve a visit.
G3 and Superior wireless S-line products do not count towards the €6,000 eligible equipment budget and are not covered by the included-installation offer. Their installation is quoted separately. Fibra and cabling are also quoted separately. Only eligible battery-powered wireless devices, ordinary hubs, ReX and wireless kits contribute. Devices requiring additional power or wired connections (including Relay, WallSwitch, LightSwitch, Socket, Outlet, FireProtect 2 AC and integration modules), WaterStop, Hub BP, video and EN54/Type4 equipment do not count. Accessories, delivery and Care fees do not count either. Hub and ReX connection to an existing socket is included; new power supplies, cabling, electrical and plumbing work are arranged separately.
Electrical work, plumbing, cabling, special access arrangements, building work, monitoring subscriptions and other separately priced tasks must be identified and agreed. No unapproved additional work is charged.
Preparing the property
Provide accurate access, layout, power, network and existing-system information, and obtain any owner or building permissions required for the agreed work. We explain the preparations we need from you. If conditions differ, we pause affected work and agree the next step.
Changes to positions or scope are recorded before work proceeds. Any proposed extra charge must describe the work and price; a broad right to impose arbitrary call-out or cancellation penalties is not part of these terms.
Starting during the withdrawal period
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, starting a paid service early requires your express request and the information and acknowledgements required by law. Merely ticking that installation is needed does not waive withdrawal rights.
If you withdraw after properly requested early performance, a proportionate charge may be due only where the legal conditions are met. Loss of the withdrawal right after full performance requires the applicable prior consent and acknowledgement.
We do not retrospectively turn installation advertised as free into an undisclosed charge when equipment is returned. Any mixed goods-and-services arrangement must be explained and agreed before purchase.
Testing and handover
We record the installed equipment, agreed tests, access permissions, unresolved points and handover guidance. You retain control of your account; remote access is granted only as agreed. Keep your account recovery details private.
A handover signature records the work and stated observations. It does not waive claims for hidden defects or mandatory rights. Safety-system design and certification, where required, must be performed by the appropriately qualified parties.
