Safe disposal

Follow the device’s disposal and battery-safety instructions. Use an appropriate collection route for electronic equipment and batteries. Do not open, puncture or send damaged batteries through an ordinary parcel service without appropriate guidance.

Before handing over a connected device, remove personal data and unlink your account according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Ask for help if you cannot do so safely.

Take-back arrangements

Contact SAFE365 with your country and the equipment or battery type to arrange the appropriate collection or take-back route. Confirm the handling instructions before sending waste equipment or batteries. Your statutory take-back rights are not replaced by the 30-day return policy.
