Business purchases
Equipment and service scope agreed for your organisation.
A separate written agreement
Business orders are prepared as individual proposals. The agreement identifies both parties, authorised contact, sites, equipment, taxes, delivery, installation, payment schedule and acceptance criteria before commitment.
The voluntary 30-day consumer return offer does not automatically apply to B2B orders. Any business return or cancellation right must be expressly agreed. Statutory consumer status depends on the real purpose of the purchase, not simply a label in a form.
Changes, performance and evidence
Scope changes, substitute equipment and additional work require written agreement by the appropriate contact. Delivery and handover records identify the actual goods and work. Any ownership reservation, credit limit, liability limit or cancellation cost must be stated in the specific contract and comply with applicable law.
Selecting a funding or rental preference is an enquiry, not credit approval or a financing contract. Funding provider, costs, eligibility and data sharing are explained before an application or commitment.
