Do I need Ajax accreditation to apply?
You can apply without it. We review your experience and qualifications for the work you want to do. Superior and Fibra work requires the relevant verified Ajax accreditation. Joining SAFE365 does not grant Ajax accreditation.
Can I choose my service area?
Yes. Tell us your base location, travel radius and any additional areas. You can also offer remote configuration and support. Every project is matched to the location and skills it needs.
Do I have to accept every project?
You choose whether to accept a proposed project. The scope, timing, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work starts.
How will I be paid?
Your fees, travel costs, materials and payment terms are agreed for each project before you accept it. We are building the network; there is no guaranteed volume of work.
I work with other alarm systems. Can I join?
Yes. Tell us what you already do and what you would like to learn. Relevant experience can be a starting point; particular work may require additional training or qualifications.
Is the partner app available now?
The partner app is being developed. Your application is the first step. We plan to bring your profile, availability, suitable projects and handover records together, with secure access when the app is ready.
