Superior DoubleButton G3 Jeweller is a wireless hold-up device with two buttons and a protective divider. Pressing both buttons sends an alarm even when the system is disarmed. Optional alarm confirmation, enhanced radio protection and portable or fixed use help an installer build the right emergency procedure for the site.

Two buttons for a deliberate alarm.
Press both buttons together
Stiff buttons and a plastic divider reduce accidental activation. Pressing only one button does not raise an alarm. This device is always active and sends its hold-up event even when the system is disarmed.

Portable use
Carry the button on a wrist, lanyard or key ring. Its IP55 enclosure is specified for −10 to +40 °C. Check radio reception along the actual route and choose a position where the controls remain accessible.
An optional surface holder
Holder secures the device on a flat surface while keeping it accessible. It is sold separately. Choose a fixing location, check reception and practise the required press before final installation.
A secure link to the system.
Superior Jeweller
Two-way radio carries commands and alarms over an open-space range of up to 1,500 m. Encryption and device authentication protect the exchange. Buildings and interference reduce usable range; check the exact hub and reception at the intended locations.
Requires a compatible hub with OS Malevich 2.35 or later. Maximum radio range also depends on the hub model.
Grade 3 starts with the complete system.
Keep the radio protection consistent
Superior Jeweller provides encrypted communication and enhanced frequency hopping when every connected wireless device supports it. Adding a regular Jeweller device changes the system’s radio behaviour and limits the system to Grade 2.
Grade 3 is not guaranteed by buying one G3 device. An accredited Ajax partner must check the hub, every connected device, radio settings, installation and monitoring requirements together. Check the enhanced-hopping status in the app.
A replaceable battery for everyday readiness.
CR2032 battery, up to five years
The pre-installed CR2032 cell is replaceable. Actual life depends on use, radio conditions and temperature. Check low-battery notifications and replace the cell using the exact manual, then test command delivery.
The G3 specification gives up to four years before Low Battery status and up to five years total operation.

Optional daily battery check
Enable Battery charge auto-check to refresh the battery state once a day. With this option disabled, the battery state updates when the device is pressed. Check the setting during handover.
A separate unreachable-device warning
With auto-check enabled, the app can notify users if the device has not communicated with the hub for three days. Enable that notification if required; daily supervision is not an immediate missing-device alarm.
