Wireless voice module for alarm verification

A voice connection when it matters.
SpeakerPhone Jeweller brings two-way audio alarm verification to a compatible Ajax system. A monitoring operator can talk to someone at the property or listen to the situation through its speaker and microphone. Recording permissions, call routing and optional audio scenarios are configured for the installation, so the response matches the property and monitoring service.

Speak to the site when an alarm arrives.

Two-way audio verification
A monitoring operator can speak with someone at the property, hear the situation and decide on the response. The voice connection starts without anyone at the site pressing a talk button.
SpeakerPhone is a monitoring voice module, not a general-purpose home intercom. Call routing must be configured with the monitoring company and a compatible hub.
Make the conversation easier to understand.

Sound for the room
The 3 W speaker offers three volume settings. Test the chosen setting so people in the intended area can hear the operator.
Specified up to 103 dB; 83 dB at a distance of 1 m.
Choose the monitoring connection that fits.

Voice Connect
Ajax offers Voice Connect within PRO Desktop for monitoring voice communication without a separate SIP server.
Confirm the installed monitoring software and enabled functions with the provider. Device selection, broadcasting and volume controls can differ between Voice Connect and a SIP integration.
A short audio record around the event.

Pre- and post-alarm audio
With supported monitoring software and permissions, the module can provide an audio fragment from before or after an alarm. Configure each interval from 1 to 10 seconds, or turn recording off.
Pre-alarm recording requires an external power supply. Playback and downloading require explicit permissions for the user, professional or monitoring company.
Play an agreed message when it is needed.

Custom audio scenarios
Play a prepared clip after a configured event, on schedule or when the security mode changes. A hub supports up to ten uploaded tracks, each up to 15 seconds long, with one to ten repetitions.
Requires SpeakerPhone firmware 6.60.6.9 or later and hub OS Malevich 2.38 or later. Configure tracks through Ajax PRO Desktop and test the intended devices.
Put voice communication in the right rooms.

Up to ten voice modules
With a compatible hub running OS Malevich 2.27 or later, one system supports up to ten SpeakerPhone modules. Room and group assignments help associate the call with the alarm location.
Earlier supported hub software allows one module. Operator switching and broadcasting depend on the monitoring integration. A hub in battery Saving mode cannot receive calls outside its Activity period.
Voice and events have separate radio jobs.

VoRF audio
VoRF carries the two-way conversation with a compatible hub. A call session can be configured for up to ten minutes.
Up to 1,700 m in open space. SpeakerPhone does not work through Ajax radio range extenders; check the direct hub link.
Choose battery operation or external power.

Replaceable batteries
Four preinstalled CR123 batteries provide up to three years of standby operation or up to twelve hours of conversation under the stated conditions. The app reports a low battery.
Audio use, settings and signal quality affect battery life.
Keep the device ready for a call.

Remote firmware updates
An administrator or a professional with the appropriate permissions can install available firmware through Ajax apps.
The hub needs an Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to Ajax Cloud for updates. External power to SpeakerPhone is not required.
Watch the voice module as well as the site.

Removal and microphone alerts
The device reports removal from SmartBracket and damage to the microphone. Secure the mounting panel and holding screw, then test the tamper event.

Authenticated and encrypted communication
The hub authenticates the module, and encrypted communication protects system data.

Connection supervision
Regular exchanges let the hub report a missing module or a fault.
A 36-second loss-detection time requires three missed packets at a 12-second polling interval. Other polling settings take longer.
Set up the whole audio path.

Add the module
Pair the module by its QR code in the Ajax app and assign a recognisable room and name.
