MAKE IT YOURS
LifeQuality Lite.
The simpler climate detector, for rooms where CO2 is not the question.

Keep track of temperature and humidity.
LifeQuality Lite Jeweller monitors temperature and humidity in the chosen room and reports them through the Ajax system. It helps you see changes in the indoor environment and configure supported automation around those measurements. This model focuses on temperature and moisture conditions; it does not measure carbon dioxide.

Your indoor climate, over time.

Read the trend over time
Use hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly charts to understand changes. Ajax Cloud retains up to two years of measurement history; the device stores up to 72 hours locally if its link is interrupted.
Saved readings transfer through Wings after the connection returns. Longer outages or a disabled monitor can leave gaps.
Let the system respond to changing conditions.

Coordinate suitable climate equipment
Use temperature and humidity thresholds to trigger configured actions for suitable heating, cooling or ventilation equipment.
Monitoring and a configured scenario support the site’s operating procedure; they do not by themselves certify storage conditions or guarantee a compliant environment.
Turn a reading into a tested response.
The sensor, hub and actuator work together
A climate monitor measures conditions. Automatic ventilation, heating or cooling also needs a compatible hub, a suitable automation device and equipment that can accept the intended control.
Create and test each threshold and return action. Supported hub scenarios can run without internet while the required devices remain powered and connected. An offline actuator cannot receive the trigger; a missed scheduled action is not replayed when power returns.
Battery operation that suits the installation.

Up to five years at room temperature
LifeQuality Lite uses two CR123A batteries. Ajax specifies up to five years at room temperature or up to 2.5 years at sub-zero temperatures.
Actual autonomy depends on settings and operating conditions. The app reports a low battery; there is no mains supply to connect.
Plan for cold rooms and temperature changes.
−30 to +50 °C indoors
The temperature measurement and operating range extends down to −30 °C. Accuracy is ±0.2 °C above 0 °C, then ±0.3, ±0.4 and ±0.5 °C in the successive 10-degree bands down to −30 °C.
Humidity accuracy is reduced below 0 °C. Operate at up to 85% humidity without condensation; after cold exposure, allow 8–12 hours at room temperature. Shielded refrigeration panels can block radio completely: test both links inside the actual room.
Two radio protocols, with different roles.
Jeweller and Wings
Jeweller transmits measurements and device events. Wings restores locally saved readings after communication returns. Encryption, authentication and supervised two-way communication protect the link.
Up to 1,700 m in open space. Walls and metal reduce range: test both radio protocols at the final location. Wings carries the monitor’s data backup; it does not add a camera or photo verification. Use a compatible hub and matching regional radio devices.
Protection that also watches itself.

Detect movement
The enabled accelerometer reports when the device is moved or detached from its mounting panel.

Respond to radio interference
Frequency hopping helps the device maintain a communication path when interference affects a radio frequency.
A stable connection still depends on the site. Test the final installation; radio measures cannot guarantee delivery through every obstruction.

Supervise the connection
Regular exchanges allow the hub to report a missing device or a fault.
Connection-loss timing depends on the configured polling interval and missed-packet threshold.

Protect transmitted data
Encrypted communication helps protect device measurements and events in transit.
Verify the device
Device authentication checks the identity of the communicating equipment.
Place, connect and verify.

Choose a representative position
Fix SmartBracket to a wall or ceiling, or place the monitor on a stable horizontal surface. Choose a location that represents the conditions you want to measure.
Indoor use only. Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, fans, open windows and doors. Follow the manual’s placement restrictions; a cold operating rating is not a waterproof rating.

Communication
- Jeweller communication technology
- Encrypted two-way radio for measurements and device events.
- Radio communication range
- up to 1,700 m Between the device and a hub (or a range extender) in open space. Radio communication may be unavailable in industrial refrigeration chambers with shielded panels. It is recommended to perform Signal strength test at the installation site.

- Encrypted device communication.
- Frequency hopping
- To prevent radio interference and jamming.
- Wings communication technology
- Encrypted two-way radio for restoring locally stored measurement backups.
