MAKE IT YOURS
LifeQuality.
Carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity, charted over time.

Understand the air in the room.
LifeQuality Jeweller measures carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity, bringing indoor conditions into the Ajax app. Readings and their history help you notice when a room needs attention, such as better ventilation. Supported automation scenarios can connect those measurements with compatible equipment for a more comfortable indoor environment.

Your indoor climate, over time.

Read the trend over time
Use hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly charts to understand changes. Ajax Cloud retains up to two years of measurement history; the device stores up to 72 hours locally if its link is interrupted.
Charts require a compatible hub with OS Malevich 2.15 or later and a supported Ajax app. Saved readings transfer through Wings after reconnection; longer outages can leave gaps.
Understand the carbon dioxide reading.
Keep the measurement representative
CO₂ readings help assess how the indoor air changes with occupancy and ventilation. Automatic calibration needs periodic exposure to fresh outdoor air; a manual calibration option is available in the app.
Follow the current calibration instructions for the installed device. This monitor does not detect smoke or carbon monoxide and does not replace a CO-capable fire detector.
See climate events across the facility.

Monitoring in Ajax PRO Desktop
An authorised operator can review connected devices and events in the desktop interface, with room and device information to locate an affected monitor.
Configure and confirm the event delivery route for the installed hub, software and monitoring service. Measurement notifications do not automatically establish a third-party response service.
Let the system respond to changing conditions.

Coordinate suitable climate equipment
Use temperature, humidity or CO₂ thresholds to trigger configured actions for suitable heating, cooling or ventilation equipment.
Monitoring and a configured scenario support the site’s operating procedure; they do not by themselves certify storage conditions or guarantee a compliant environment.
Turn a reading into a tested response.
The sensor, hub and actuator work together
A climate monitor measures conditions. Automatic ventilation, heating or cooling also needs a compatible hub, a suitable automation device and equipment that can accept the intended control.
Create and test each threshold and return action. Supported hub scenarios can run without internet while the required devices remain powered and connected. An offline actuator cannot receive the trigger; a missed scheduled action is not replayed when power returns.
Battery operation that suits the installation.

Up to three years on replaceable batteries
LifeQuality uses two CR123A batteries. Ajax specifies up to three years, or up to 2.5 years with LED indication and the accelerometer enabled.
Actual autonomy depends on settings and operating conditions. The app reports a low battery; there is no mains supply to connect.
Two radio protocols, with different roles.
Jeweller and Wings
Jeweller transmits measurements and device events. Wings restores locally saved readings after communication returns. Encryption, authentication and supervised two-way communication protect the link.
Up to 1,700 m in open space. Walls and metal reduce range: test both radio protocols at the final location. Wings carries the monitor’s data backup; it does not add a camera or photo verification. Use a compatible hub and matching regional radio devices.
Plan coverage around the building.

Large estate
A compatible range extender can help reach a surveyed part of the building. Check its path to the hub and the monitor’s Jeweller and Wings signal in the installed position.
LifeQuality supports ReX 2, not the original ReX. ReX 2 can use Ethernet backhaul; the monitor itself has no Ethernet port. The number of extenders depends on the hub.
Place, connect and verify.

Choose a representative position
Fix SmartBracket to a wall or ceiling, or place the monitor on a stable horizontal surface. Choose a location that represents the conditions you want to measure.
Indoor use only, 0–50 °C and up to 85% humidity. Position in the occupied breathing zone where practical, away from direct sunlight, heaters, fans and open windows.

Communication
- Jeweller communication technology
- Encrypted two-way radio for measurements and device events.
- Radio communication range
- up to 1,700 m Between the detector and a hub/range extender in an open space.
- Encrypted radio communication
- All the data stored and transmitted are protected by block encryption with a dynamic key.
- Radio frequency hopping
- To prevent radio interference and jamming.
- Wings communication technology
- Encrypted two-way radio for restoring locally stored measurement backups.
- Radio communication range
- up to 1,700 m Between the detector and a hub/range extender in an open space.
- Encrypted radio communication
- All the data stored and transmitted are protected by block encryption with a dynamic key.
- Protocol roles
- Jeweller: measurements/events; Wings: data backups
Sensitive elements
- Sensitive elements
- Temperature and humidity sensor; CO2 (carbon dioxide) sensor
Temperature measurement
- Sensitive element
- Digital temperature and humidity sensor Values in the Ajax apps are updated depending on the frequency of the "hub—detector" polling interval, but not less than once per minute.
- Measurement range
- from 0 °C to +50 °C The value is available in the device States in the Ajax app.
- Measurement accuracy
- ±0.2 °C
- Measurement pitch
- 0.1 °C The minimum temperature change value recorded in the Ajax apps.
Humidity measurement
- Sensitive element
- Digital temperature and humidity sensor Values in the Ajax apps are updated depending on the frequency of the "hub—detector" polling interval, but not less than once per minute.
- Measurement range
- from 0% to 100% The value is available in the device States in the Ajax app.
- Measurement accuracy
- ±1.8%
- Measurement pitch
- 1% The minimum humidity change value recorded in the Ajax app.
Carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration measurement
- Sensitive element
- digital carbon dioxide sensor Values in the Ajax apps are updated depending on the frequency of the "hub—detector" polling interval, but not less than once per minute.
- Measurement range
- from 400 to 10,000 ppm The value is available in the device States in the Ajax app.
- Air quality assessment levels
- Configurable CO₂ indication and notification levels. This is a climate monitor, not a carbon monoxide alarm.
